Randall Chapman
President, PMI
Randall Chapman’s career has encompassed more than 30 years in the landfill gas (LFG) industry. His work experience has included solid and hazardous waste engineering, remediation, construction, operation and maintenance of a variety of LFG control systems and power generating facilities throughout the country. Prior to cofounding PMI, he served as Vice President of Operations for NEO Corporation (NEO), a wholly owned subsidiary of NRG Energy. His has extensive experience in general management, including: project development; construction management; technical services; operations and maintenance; consulting and profit center management. Mr. Chapman currently oversees all business functions of PMI and directs power development efforts for PMI, including identification and evaluation of potential projects, determination of project profitability and project development including preparation and negotiation of contracts for both alternative and natural gas powered facilities.
